The project locates in the cross of GuoDing road and GuoHang road, new Jiangwancity,YangPu district. It compromised with public area such as public lobby, elevate lobby of two buildings which is planned as high level office leader; a clubhouse represent outstanding, paragon, elegant; two Loft sample houses which are full of creation and vitality. time as the tour guide leads the trends of the whole design. With "ecology, humanities, information, low carbon, resource" the five indicators for evaluation system of the international community standard, decided the scarcity and value of new Jiangwan city. The design philosophy comes from the perspective of the humanities, using the linear basic language, the combination of different materials cutting, detailing to create a quiet, high-grade with culture of the public space, and in every detail reflects the delicate, exquisite structure nodes.
