Holy Chick은 이름처럼 치킨을 주메뉴로 하는 레스토랑으로 개방적이고 직접적인 화려함과 고전적인 우아함을 재치있게 조합한 인테리어를 특징으로 한다. 통유리 창으로 내부가 훤히 보여 자유분방한 느낌을 주는 외관은 주변을 지나는 사람들에게 실내의 독특한 분위기를 그대로 드러냄으로써 사람들의 발걸음을 내부로 이끈다. 목제 테이블과 그레이톤 의자, 철사를 꼬아서 만든 특이한 디자인의 샹들리에 등으로 모던함과 빈티지함이 모두 느껴지는 내부는 오픈된 장소에서 사람들과 소통할 수 있는 1층 메인 공간과 조용한 분위기에서 프라이빗하게 모임을 가질 수 있는 복층으로 구성되어 있다.

1층 메인 바 공간에는 유니크한 조형물의 기능을 하는 펜던트형 와인잔 거치대와 오래된 느낌의 가구로 빈티지와 앤틱함이조화를 이루고 있다. 주류를 전시해놓은 오픈 선반에는 간접 조명을 설치해 은은하면서도 로맨틱한 분위기를 풍긴다. 일반 레스토랑이라고 보기엔 독특하고 생소한 요소로 가득한 Holy Chick은 전체적으로 어두운 조도에 간접 조명을 설치한 것만으로 깊이 있는 무드를 끌어낸다.

바닥은 균열이 있는 아스팔트 형태의 골드 자재를 사용해 거칠지만 은은한 반짝거림으로 고급스러움이 느껴지며, 1층 기둥과 천장 등 공간의 기본 베이스는 콘크리트 월 패널을 사용해 차가우면서도 생경한 느낌을 준다. 식당 카운터는 홀처럼 구성되어 있어 소위 닭장(Chicken Coop)이라 칭하는데, 튀어나와 있는 구조의 2층 공간 하부에 위치해 아늑하고 정적인 분위기를 풍긴다. 유니크한 요소들뿐만 아니라 레스토랑 내부에는 다양한 Easter Eggs가 눈에 띄지 않게 숨겨져 있어 숨은 그림을 찾듯 색다른 재미를 느낄 수도 있다. 화장실 내부는 청결을 위해 흰 정사각형 타일로 구성되어 있으며, 문은 스테인리스강으로 제작해 독특한 분위기의 메인 공간과 일관성 있는 전개를 이어간다.

Holy Chick it's a restaurant that tactfully combines frank rudeness with the elegance of classical elements. The very name of the restaurant already indicates the guest that its format and kitchen are devoted to chicken - its main product. From the entrance reveals the ironic character of the concept of the establishment: the ground near the entrance is the embodiment of such a "glamorous" chicken house, and the door handle on the front door is executed in the form of the famous gesture of Winston Churchill's "victory hand". In the interior are hidden various "Easter Eggs" imperceptible at a glance: the chicken paw inscribed in décor of the ceiling socket, the floor is made in the form of asphalt with gold cracks, the holder for bocals over the bar are made in the form of the conveyor belt in a poultry factory.

It's no coincidence are woven classical chandeliers from wire, because this material is the main on
the poultry factory. The bathrooms are laid out by the white square tile, doors are made from stainless steel, which generally resembles the industrial rooms in the poultry farm. In addition the hall on the ground floor is decorated by wall panel in the form of classical eggs cells from concrete. The counter of the restaurant is a superstructure above the ground floor where is a small hall, so-called the chicken coop. His motives are created at the expense of light, which breaks through the old boards from the village chicken coop, by which is sheathed this hall.
